UltraTech Automatic 625 Pins Curve Tracer

The UTI MultiTrace System is a fully programmable digital sampling curve tracer. The voltage and current can be swept, measured, and stored in the computer. The curve trace output plots can then be compared between multiple units such as the failing units and the correlation units.
