Wafer Dicing

IC Chip Packaging provides wafer dicing through a local dicing saw sub-contractor (Micro Precision Engineering; www.micrope.com). IC Chip Packaging will charge the same cost to our customers as MPE charge us. MPE has capabilities up to 300mm.
