SMT Repair and Rework

IC Chip Packaging is dedicated to high-reliability circuit board repair and rework. We can provide the following repair and rework services:

• Surface Mount and BGA Pad Repair - Pads replaced with thermally bond pads
• BGA Rework - Removal and replacement, salvage, x-ray inspection, mods
• Component Rework - Reball or rework components (all SMT, BGA devices, and through hole) onto a board.
